Creating another DC in AD domain on Windows 2003 Server

If you reach all requirements, the installation process using DCPROMO is easy then. See link of very helpful instructions.
First of all you have server acting like domain controller with active directory and DNS. DNS is integrated into AD. Now you have new server that replicated AD from the first DC.
If you can run DNS on the new server, install DNS role. No configuration is needed as DNS records are stored in AD.

Run dcdiag.exe tool to check DC health.

There were 2 issues:
1) AutoEnrollment could not save certificate.
2) 3 Services were stop.
